Air Selangor Shares the Joy of Christmas celebration, under the Community Investment (CI) initiative, Sesama Mara, Extends Donations to Charity Homes

In sharing the joy of Christmas celebration, under our Community Investment (CI) initiative, Sesama Mara, we extended donations to two charity homes; in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, namely Home of Peace Kuala Lumpur and Grace Home Klang.
Through this initiative, we donated necessities such as kitchen items, food, basic furniture and household essentials. Aside from providing assistance and visiting all the charity homes involved, a team of Hydro Heroes volunteers consisting of 11 Air Selangor employees also took part in cleaning and gardening the premises of Home Peace Kuala Lumpur as well as decorating the charity home with ornaments. Additionally, the volunteers had the chance to celebrate the residents’ birthdays at the charity home.
We hope to continue touching the lives of the various segments of society with care and social responsibility through Sesama Mara initiative. Part of this initiative, our Box of Hope programme has benefited B40 families where a total of 6,775 Box of Hope, consisting of essentials food items have been distributed to these families in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya since it was introduced on 30 June 2020.
