Air Selangor Coordinates with YB Datuk Ahmad Fahmi Fadzil to Address Billing Matters at Apartment Putra Ria
Air Selangor, represented by Head of Non-Revenue Water (NRW), Kelvin Siew, and Head of Customer Experience (CX), Mohd Yunus Othman, recently held a meeting with YB Datuk Ahmad Fahmi Fadzil, Member of Parliament for Lembah Pantai and Minister of Communications, to discuss the outstanding water bill issues at Apartment Putra Ria, Bangsar.
The discussion focused on identifying the most effective solutions to address the matter. Air Selangor will continue to work closely with the apartment’s Joint Management Body (JMB) to ensure the action plan can be implemented effectively without disrupting the residents’ daily needs.
