Air Selangor Is featured in the Recent Publication of the National Training Index (NTI) Report 2022

We are humbled to have been featured in the recent publication of the National Training Index (NTI) Report 2022, as one of the top employers under the category of Water Supply, Sewerage, Waste Management and Remediation Activities. Initiated by the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), the NTI Report 2022, launched on 5 September 2023, is lauded by industry players for its potential to bolster and shape the human capital development landscape nationwide.
In the report, we have been recognised as among the top employers who have been actively training employees that received a high index score for “the Worker Skills Development and Training Provider Dimensions”. The assessment also encompassed skill competencies in areas such as communication, supervisory skills, computer and report writing, developing water treatment processes optimization programmes as well as developing safety, health, environmental and quality assurance standard procedures.
This recognition demonstrates our unwavering dedication to learning and development, spotlighting our extensive programmes for our workforce. These efforts are aligned with our vision to be the leading water services provider in Asia by 2030 with a trained and skilled workforce to thrive and drive success in the water industry.
