Air Selangor Launches the Data & Digital Ambassador Immersion Programme 2023

We are excited to share that we have launched the Data & Digital Ambassador (DDA) Immersion Programme 2023 – our first home-grown talent excellence programme to equip our workforce to be Data and Digital future-ready.
This comprehensive programme will form a group of ambassadors who are selected among our internal staff to champion the adoption of data analytics and digital initiatives within our organsation into their daily work. These ambassadors will then be able to share the knowledge with other employees to get their hands on digital immersion at the same time.
The event also marked the launch of Digital Space, a digital platform that showcased various digital transformation initiatives for Air Selangor. The Digital Space was another significant milestone and had added new testaments to Air Selangor’s effort to realise its vision and mission through the Journey 2030 roadmap.
In pursuit of digital transformation as we progress as a digital water utility, we aim to empower all employees to embrace digitalisation which will further increase our operational efficiency and ability to deliver the best customer experience continuously in bringing Joy in Every Drop to all consumers.
