We received an award on the Performance Improvement of the Year from the Malaysian Water Association (MWA), a significant recognition of our dedication and efforts in providing quality treated water services to our 9.3 million consumers in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
This award reflected our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in water resources and infrastructure management. Such recognition not only boosted the organisation’s morale but also enhanced the public’s trust and confidence regarding the reliability and efficiency of our water services.
The Performance Improvement of the Year Award gives recognition to public operators, whether in water or sewerage management, who have demonstrated potential and are committed to improving their service performance. These services encompass financial strengthening, good governance, efficient operation, service level improvements and efforts towards achieving sustainability in water supply or sewerage services.
