Air Selangor Takes the Orphans for Shopping in Preparation for Hari Raya Aidilfitri

Under our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative Sesama Mara, we celebrated the orphans from Pusat Jagaan Rumah Kesayangan, Petaling Jaya by taking them shopping in preparation for Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Additionally, Air Selangor also took the opportunity to treat the children to an iftar feast to enjoy the atmosphere of celebrating Ramadan together.
We also distributed bubur lambuk to orphanage homes, B40 families and the local community at Masjid Jamek Ar-Rahimah, Kuala Kubu Baru, Hulu Selangor, and Masjid Makmuriah, Sungai Besar, Sabak Bernam.
Under the Sesama Mara umbrella, we distributed 100 Box of Hope, consisting of essentials food items, to the B40 families in Flat Seri Kenari, Kajang. To date, a total of 5,175 Box of Hope boxes has been distributed to B40 families around Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya since this programme was introduced on 30 June 2020.
