As the largest water services provider in Malaysia, we are committed to delivering the best experience to all of our 9.3 million consumers. To serve this purpose, Air Selangor continuously carries out water supply distribution system upgrading works in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
Recently, we held a briefing with YB Dato’ Harrison Hasan (state representative for Jeram) and representatives of the residents association regarding the implementation of the water supply distribution system upgrading works, involving the installation of 9.1 km new pipes at (i) Bandar Puncak Alam – Persiaran Puncak Alam 10 and Jalan Ambang Suria 17/1; and (ii) Kampung Parit Mahang, Jeram – Jalan Bukit Hijau, Jalan Rizab Derahman, Jalan Rizab Dahlan 3-5, and the connecting road between Jalan Bukit Hijau and Bandar Puncak Alam.
In addition, a briefing for the implementation of works to replace old pipes in stages through the Pipe Replacement Programme was also held with the residents association for the replacement of 9.27 km old pipeline at Jalan Bukit Kerayong and Jalan Haji Mohd Ikram, Kapar; and for the replacement of 3.2km old pipeline along 3.2 km in Jalan Dato’ Naim.
The briefing for the old pipe replacement works is hoped to provide a comprehensive overview of Air Selangor’s efforts to ensure a clean and safe treated water supply for all.
