Air Selangor and MBSA Strengthen Collaboration for Enhanced Water Services in Shah Alam
Air Selangor, represented by the Head of Klang Region, Ir. Ts. Tengku Mohd Safari Tengku Ahmad held a productive courtesy visit with the Mayor of Shah Alam, YBhg. Dato’ Zabidah Safar. The meeting served as a platform to strengthen partnership between Air Selangor and the local authority in ensuring the delivery of sustainable water services, particularly within the Shah Alam area.
During the session, Air Selangor shared insights regarding the water supply operational structure, physical asset management, the new water tariff rates, as well as initiatives for the transition to e-Bil and the Air Selangor app. We believe that close collaboration with various stakeholders is essential in ensuring the highest quality of service for our 9.62 million consumers across Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya.
