Air Selangor Joins YB Jamaliah Jamaluddin and LUAS at World Water Day 2026 to Advance Water Sustainability
Air Selangor recently participated in Selangor’s World Water Day 2026 and Low Carbon Day programmes, organised by Lembaga Urus Air Selangor (LUAS). The event was officiated by the Selangor State EXCO for Public Health and Environment, YB Jamaliah Jamaluddin and was also attended by the Deputy Director of LUAS, Haslina Amer.
The programme serves as an important platform supporting the ongoing agenda to advance sustainable water resource management across Selangor, specifically through community engagement. As a strategic partner, Air Selangor deployed four static water tanks and hosted an interactive booth to enhance public understanding of the importance of water conservation. Also present was the Head of Sepang and Kuala Langat Region, Syed Rizakri Syed Mohamad Ridzuan, who spent time with our staff on duty.
Air Selangor hopes that active participation in these initiatives will foster a deeper sense of shared responsibility within the community to protect our water resources, securing a sustainable water supply for generations to come.
