Briefing session – Prima Sri Gombak, Gombak
Following the recent case of a pipe burst at Prima Sri Gombak, the Gombak region, a briefing session with the community leaders was held to share the latest information and explanation about the causes of the water supply disruption faced by the residents of the area.
Through this session, several joint solutions have been identified including the latest information on asset upgrading works under Air Selangor’s Pipe Replacement Programme and initiating a committee that will act actively to solve the water disruption issues for the residents of the affected area in the long term.
Programme briefings and updates for the local community will be conducted from time to time to provide the latest information to the residents about any activities under the Pipe Replacement Programme involving the area.
The briefing session was attended by our Head of Customer Experience, Abdul Halem Mat Som, representatives from the Gombak Parliamentary Office, the Selayang Municipal Council, the residents’ association and the Air Selangor Gombak Regional Office.
