We are pleased to host the community leaders at the Labohan Dagang Water Supply Scheme Phase 1 site visit at Telok Panglima Garang, Kuala Langat. The site visit was led by YB Ir. Izham Hashim, the Selangor Infrastructure & Public Amenities, Agriculture Modernisation and Agro-Based Industry Standing Committee Chairman.
Under the scheme, the distribution system and reservoir tower project are expected to be fully completed in March 2024. The project will provide a sustainable water supply infrastructure system as well as to improve the water reserve margin to meet the increasing demand of consumers due to development in the Kuala Langat region.
Started in 2016, the construction of this water supply scheme was initiated by the State Economic Planning Unit (UPEN) and has been continued by Air Selangor since April 2022. The project will improve the efficiency of the existing water supply system to provide the best experience to 11,000 account holders in the areas of Telok Panglima Garang, Sijangkang and Banting.
