Ensuring Service Reliability: Air Selangor Consults with YB Jefri Mejan and YB Dato’ Noorazley Yahya
Air Selangor recently held an engagement session with the State Assemblyman (ADUN) for Ijok, YB Jefri Mejan, and the ADUN for Bukit Melawati, YB Dato’ Noorazley Yahya.
Led by the Head of Kuala Selangor and Sabak Bernam Region, Ir. Ts. Mohd Nizam Ismail, the session focused on streamlining more effective actions for managing consumer complaints, ensuring sustainable water supply, reporting pipe leaks and water theft cases as well as conducting continuous water quality monitoring.
Air Selangor believes that close collaboration with various stakeholders is essential in ensuring the highest quality of service for our 9.62 million consumers across Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya.
