‘Let’s Get Candid’ – Online Payment
‘Let’s Get Candid’ is a session for us to gather valuable inputs and feedback from our stakeholders and grassroot communities to help us provide the best experience to all our customers.
From our recent Let’s Get Candid session, we presented our “Online Payment – Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and e-Biz” to these representatives from the Joint Management Bodies (JMB) for housing and educational institutions around the areas of interest to Air Selangor.
Hosted by Abdul Halem Mat Som, our Head of Customer Experience, the session was attended by PMC Facilities and Real Estate Sdn Bhd, Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd, Perbadanan Pengurusan Plaza Damas Fasa 1, Amanja Management Corporation, SJKT Castlefield and JMB Cantonment Exchange.
