Musolla Abu Ubaidah Al-Jarrah
Musolla Abu Ubaidah Al-Jarrah, located at the staff quarters of Langat 2 Water Treatment Plant (Langat 2 WTP) in the Hulu Langat district, has obtained approval from Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri Selangor (JAIS) to hold Friday prayers (temporary) starting on 7 November 2025.
The official declaration and proclamation of Friday prayers at Musolla Abu Ubaidah Al-Jarrah was delivered by Ustaz Mohd Anuar bin Baharudin, Head of the Mosque and Surau Management Unit, Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Hulu Langat.
The ceremony was also attended by our CEO, Adam Saffian Ghazali; Ustaz Hazman bin Che Mohamed, District Religious Administrative Officer of Hulu Langat, as well as YB Datuk Wira Haji Johan bin Abd Aziz, ADUN Dusun Tua.
Musolla Abu Ubaidah Al-Jarrah is estimated to accommodate around 550 congregants and provides an alternative for the community near Langat 2 WTP to perform Friday prayers.
