Air Selangor Celebrates Winners in the Leak Report Campaign Appreciation Ceremony

We were thrilled to celebrate the top winners under the Air Selangor Employee Category for the 2023 Leak Report Campaign Appreciation Ceremony. 10 top winners were selected based on the highest and most accurate leak reports for 2023 that in total, 1,600 leak cases were reported by these winners alone, and 1,298 of the total cases have been fixed, contributing to an 81.1% accuracy rate of the total cases.
The Leak Report Campaign was launched under the Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction Becoming Mainstream initiative in 2023, which aims to involve the public including Air Selangor employees in efforts to reduce the NRW rate. Since the launch of this initiative in August last year, a total of 22,000 leak cases have been reported, and 6,789 of the total cases were reported by Air Selangor employees.
Every leak report submitted is highly appreciated, and we thank you for your contribution.
