Briefing Sessions with Local Residents for Reservoir Rehabilitation and Pipe Replacement Programmes

As a water services provider, we are committed to delivering the best service to all customers. To serve this purpose, Air Selangor has continued the Reservoir Rehabilitation and Repair Programme in collaboration with the Rawang Assembly Office which aims to continuously improve the water supply system.
Through this programme, Air Selangor held a briefing session with YB Tuan Chua Wei Kiat (ADUN Rawang) and local residents to reactivate the Reservoir Tower at Taman Sri Hijau, Rawang. This programme is expected to benefit approximately 600 customer accounts. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this year and can be used as early as 2024.
With the same purpose, Air Selangor had an Engagement Programme with YB Tuan Halimey bin Abu Bakar (ADUN Seri Setia) and the local community during the Pipe Replacement Program briefing at the pipe installation site near the Glenmarie LRT Station of Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang, Petaling Jaya recently.
The work to replace the old pipes with a length of 9.7 km involving the main pipeline area has been carried out and is expected to benefit approximately 3,400 consumers that this effort can ensure a clean, safe and treated water supply for all.
